This privacy policy outlines the principles and practices promerch (“so/promerch”, “we” or “us”) employ in the collection, use and disclosure of personal information from users (“you”) of our products, software and services.

We collect personal information when you register for our services, when you license our software, when you purchase our products or when you use our products, software or services.
We may require certain personal information depending on what you wish to do. For example, we need a shipping address if you are purchasing a physical product.

We only retain your personal information for so long as it is required for such purposes.
We do not provide, sell or rent personal information to third parties other than as reasonably required for the purposes described above.
We use and will continue to use commercially reasonable efforts to protect personal information.
We also use third parties to facilitate our provision of our products, software and services, or provide you with third party products, software or services. In either case, we may disclose your personal information to such third parties to the extent required for such provision, in which case their use of the personal information provided to them will be governed by the privacy policies of those third parties. For example, we use a third party logistics service provider to deliver our products to you. In order to do so, we provide the service provider with your shipping address.
